Proglycan CCD-Blocker
The Proglycan-CCD-Blocker is a polyvalent, semi-synthetic glycopeptide which is bound to human serum albumin (HSA), resulting in high specificity and efficacy. It is used for sample preparation before allergy testing to inhibit anti-CCD IgEs.
Production and distribution of the well proven CCD-Blocker by Proglycan has now (October 2026) been discontinued.
The good news: Another company will soon take on this task.
